The patients’ admission is only possible by presenting a valid passport and ID card.
It is recommended to carry on the prior Radiology, Sonograms, CT Scan& MRI, and Laboratory reports, in order to submit to the respective Doctor to investigate the sickness backgrounds and to evaluate the treatment procedure before your presence in Iran.
Patients who chose our hospital to receive medical services; It is advised to contact the Health Tourism unit for earlier regulations: The patient specifications and their doctor’s name is registered in the list of foreign patients and immediately after arriving hospital and doing the stages of admission; the related doctor will be called and the patient will be hospitalized in the respective ward.
If a foreign patient refers to the hospital, without pre-informing and pre-coordinating; the admission department of international patients will perform the necessary coordination as quickly as possible in order to visit a doctor and commencing the treatment procedure.
Due to Coronavirus Pandemic, visiting the patients(by family, relatives, friends) has been restricted. Tele-visiting is the substitution.
After normalization of hospital conditions, the visiting time is from 14 to 16 o’clock every day, so patients can visit their beloved family members, relatives, and friends on this schedule.
If it is necessary to accompany the patient after coordinating with health tourism, the entrance allowance will be given to his/her escort.
In case of encountering any kind of problem which needs to investigate, please consult the IPD specialist.
Because of hygienic issues, it is prohibited to bring natural flowers and plants into the buildings.
Consuming tobacco products in the hospital environment is completely harmful and because of the existence of sensitive pieces of equipment like central oxygen and the possible risk of fire or false fire alarms, so smoking cigarettes and other kinds of tobacco products is forbidden in the patient room.
The properties and personal attachments responsibility is with the own patient and accompaniments and the hospital has no commitment in this case.
Considering that using mobile phones, can cause interaction with medical equipment, so using mobile phones is prohibited in all hospital sections and wards.
